Whether it’s a meal, a drink, or a relaxing stay, your voucher offers complete flexibility across these venues. If booking in advance, please quote your voucher number at the time of booking so we can store it against your reservation.
To use your voucher, simply present it to a member of staff during your visit. They’ll be happy to help with the redemption.
• Gift vouchers are valid for use at: The Abbotsford Hotel & Souters Inn.
• Vouchers must be presented to a staff member at the time of payment to be redeemed.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No change will be given; however, any remaining balance can be used on future visits within the validity period.
• Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
• Vouchers must be used before the expiry date shown at purchase.
• This voucher is valid for 12 months.
• Any additional expenditure on your bill above the amount stated on this voucher must be paid in full at the end of your meal or prior to your visit at the Hotel.
• If there is a remaining balance available on your voucher at the end of your visit, it can be issued as a new voucher but the same expiry date will be applied.
